Attention Customers – CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments at Heidelberg Massage are very much sought after, especially in the evenings and on Saturdays. When a client misses their appointment, or cancels with short notice, the therapist loses their income for that appointment and a client who could have taken the appointment misses out too.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the best intentions and we always try to be fair and reasonable, so in the interest of fairness TO ALL, we are introducing the following cancellation policy:

If you miss your appointment or cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged the following fee:

• 30 Minute appointment – $60
• 45 Minute appointment – $75
• 60 Minute appointment – $90
• 75 Minute Appointment – $100
• 90 Minute appointment – $110

(Please note: With enough notice we are sometimes able to fill the appointment, in which case you will not be charged)
